Hi, my name is Rayna! I’m looking forward to the opportunity of working with you, here is a little bit about me.

I am a Master of Counselling Psychology: Art Therapy Intern Counsellor currently attending Adler University and receiving supervision by Heather Hassenbein, MCPAT, RCC, BCATR. I plan to register as a Clinical Counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors and an Art Therapist with the British Columbia Art Therapy Association.

My counselling style combines elements of talk and art therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your life and my role as a counsellor is to support you in your journey by providing kindness, empathy, perspective and support. Clients can expect a gentle and compassionate approach as we build a comfortable and supportive therapeutic relationship. I believe that my personal experiences with mental health struggles help me connect deeply, offering empathy and understanding. My counselling approach is shaped by experiences facilitating caregiver support groups, mentoring international students at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and working at Pathways Club House. Additionally, volunteering at the Richmond Centre for Disability also enhanced my empathy and appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Welcome, my name is Irais.

I am doing my Masters in Counselling and Art therapy at Adler University. Before pursuing my Masters, I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Simon Fraser University and worked as a Behaviour Interventionist with autistic children. These experiences have taught me how meaningful early experiences can be and how valuable art can be. My goal is to support individuals in their healing journey and better understand themselves through a holistic approach while providing encouragement, empathy, and support.

Hey, I’m Heather. I am not accepting new clients at the moment.

I’m the heart behind Constellations Counselling and the creator of the HSP Cozy Nook blog. I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor, Registered Art Therapist, and an Intuitive Guide for those seeking deeper healing beyond traditional models. With over twenty years of experience in mental health and community care, I now walk a path that blends therapeutic grounding with sacred practices, ritual, creative expression, and a deep reverence for the natural and cosmic cycles that shape our lives.

Since 2019, I’ve also served on the Executive Board of the British Columbia Art Therapy Association, where I hold the role of Membership Chair. This work connects me to a wider network of art therapists and supports my commitment to advocacy, collaboration, and continued growth within the creative healing community.

I’m especially passionate about supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), because I’m one too. I deeply understand both the strengths and the challenges of moving through the world with heightened sensitivity. My role is to hold space for your inner wisdom, helping you feel safe, seen, and supported as you reconnect with your inner strength and intuition. Whether we connect online or in person, I approach our work with warmth, compassion, and care, guiding you toward clarity and healing in a way that honors who you truly are.
